Paloma Faith Concert

Hey its's been a while but i have been having a bit of a hard time with my frame and so didn't really feel like talking, but don't worry i am back on track! And going to see one of the most beautiful human beings ever such as Paloma Faith really helped! My boyfriend and I went to see her at Newcastle Metro Radio Arena on the 14th April and i can honestly say she was the best performer i have seen so far. 

The tickets where a very reasonable price and the disabled seating could not have been better, we where in block 103 and we got a chair for Nathan to sit on and then a space for my wheelchair. I was worried about going in my wheelchair as the concert was sold out so i thought i would struggle moving around, however i was so surprised everyone one from the staff and just other Paloma Faith fans where very helpful with opening doors and telling me where to go.

The supporting act where called Vintage Trouble and even though we had never heard any of their music they where still really good and just easy to listen to and watch! They where on from 8 till about 9.

 

 And then came out Paloma I don't think i can even describe how good she looked! The best thing i liked about her was how down to earth she is and she believes everybody should express there own voice! She sang 15 songs and then did a encore of another 3 songs, you defiantly got more than your money worth, i didn't want her to stop! I think my favorite song she performed would have to be New York as it is one of her first songs she ever did, everyone new every word!
Over all i would most defiantly see her again and i know am even more obsessed with her than i already was xo

Tips to stay positive

Hey guys :)

This is a bit of a random post today but i hope it helps anyone who is reading this! While dealing with PFFD, disability or any struggles in your life it can be hard to keep positive and remember all the good things that may be happening in your life. Here is just a few tips that i have found to be helpful!

I love having positive quotes and pictures around me to help me keep motivated. The small things in life mean the most and just sticking up a picture of where you would like to go on holiday or your dreams and ambitions will help you stay focused and help you achieve them. 

My favorite quote of all time, right next to my biggest inspiration Katie Piper xo 

 For example i have some happy quotes i keep around my room to read for when i am having a bad day with my frame. I also have a picture of the Eiffel Tower as my mum and dad have promised me that when my surgery is over they will take me and my boyfriend back to Paris. By knowing this it makes every crappy day or pain worth while :)

Its okay to have a bad day!

I have been feeling a little down this week and i just wanted to share this inspirational quote it always helps me when i read it and i feel like it is so true. Having a frame on you are defiantly going to have bad days but you have to remember you choose to be happy or sad and you have to believe that the next day is going to be better. And you have the choice to make it that way! Wake up in the morning forget bout your previous bad day and say this going to be a good day :)

my new dress i bought

The other day i jumped on m y mobility scooter and hit the town shopping! And yes i said it MOBILITY SCOOTER i go round town on one of these speeding and almost crashing as much as it is a bit embarrassing i just hold my head up high and say to myself i am making this look cool!

i got a couple of bits and bobs sorry the quality of the pictures are not very good i take them with my phone and am hopefully getting a camera for my birthday eeek.

Kendal Jenner inspired makeup look. I am in love with her nude, plump lips!!!  my make up for today i was kind of inspired by Kendal Jenner as i love her nudish plumb lips at the moment :)
